Decarbonisation in seaports and its impact on the logistics chain

Using the Port of Sines (Portugal) as a case study, a project of the PRR, this speech highlights the challenges and impacts of reducing carbon emissions in port operations on the logistic chain. Especially with the worldwide efforts in combating climate change, the findings of the project can be applied to other seaports and can contribute to enabling transport and logistics companies to adapt to upcoming changes.
